Free health screenings will be offered to community members at the Burlington Public Library – Maple Shade Branch, 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, NJ, 08052.
Screenings include:
- Blood Pressure
- HbA1c
- Lipids (Total Cholesterol, HDL, Triglycerides, LDL)
